1. The short version
At Torboto, privacy was designed in from the start rather than bolted on afterward. The page you are reading lays out, without jargon, the data we see while you use the service, the way we treat it, and the choices you have over it.
Using the platform means you accept the practices set out here. Whenever something material changes we will refresh the revision date at the top, and for substantial rewrites we will show a notice inside the product itself.
2. What we observe
2.1 Your public wallet address
Connecting a Solana wallet via Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or any other adapter exposes nothing more than your public address to us. Your private keys and seed phrases stay inside your wallet and are never sent to our infrastructure.
2.2 Campaign parameters
So that a campaign can run, we keep the token mint, your volume target, the number of wallets, the trade-size range, the runtime window, and the engagement level you picked (auto-comments, favorites).
2.3 On-chain activity
Each transaction we send for you is recorded by its signature. Because those are already public on Solscan, we hold them only so that you can review every campaign from within the dashboard.
2.4 Technical telemetry
Ordinary web-server logs pick up details such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and anonymized usage trends. We lean on that information to keep the platform steady and to catch hostile traffic quickly.
3. What we use it for
Whatever we gather serves only a tight list of goals:
- Executing and watching over the volume campaign you set up
- Presenting your live telemetry and your campaign history
- Catching abuse, fraud, and automated attacks aimed at the platform
- Sharpening reliability, latency, and feature quality as time goes on
- Answering support tickets and settling disputes
We never put your information up for sale, never hand it to data brokers, and never use it to profile you beyond the Torboto experience itself.
4. How we protect it
Protection runs through every layer of the stack:
- Every connection is forced onto TLS 1.3 using current cipher suites
- Backend services live behind a hardened gateway with rate limiting
- Operational data is reachable only through role-based permissions and auditable logs
- Backups are encrypted at rest, taken daily, and rotated off-site
No system is ever truly impenetrable. What we can pledge is care, openness, and quick notification should anything ever go wrong.
5. How long we keep it
We hold campaign telemetry for 90 days once a run wraps up, giving you time to revisit the analytics and raise disputes. Aggregated, non-identifying metrics may persist longer for trend analysis and capacity planning.
If you want campaign records linked to your wallet deleted, email [email protected]. Where the law obliges us to retain a particular item we will keep it, and we will tell you precisely why whenever that happens.
6. External services we rely on
The platform leans on a short, carefully picked set of outside providers:
- The Solana mainnet — to finalize transactions
- Pump.fun — for bonding-curve interactions and token metadata
- Wallet adapters (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, WalletConnect) — to authenticate users
- Helius RPC — for faster block and token lookups
All of them publish their own privacy statements. We suggest reading those directly, since we cannot answer for how they operate on their own.
7. Cookies
We keep to a small set of first-party cookies only — session state and consent choices, with no third-party tracking or analytics cookies. At any point you can clear or manage these through your browser. Our Cookie Policy spells out the complete picture.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold on you
- Correction — have anything inaccurate put right
- Erasure — request that we delete your records
- Objection — opt out of processing that is not essential
- Portability — receive your data in a transferable format
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within two business days.
9. Minors
Torboto is meant for adults who may legally trade crypto where they live. We do not knowingly gather data from anyone under 18, and any such record will be erased the moment we find it.
10. Updates to this policy
This document gets revised as the product grows or as the legal picture shifts. The date in the header always points to the current version, and earlier versions remain available on request.
